Chabely Perez, MSN, APRN-BC, serves as the Primary Care Nurse Practioner at Eve Medical Center DBA Med-Glow. Chabely comes with 10+ years of medical knowledge and experience. After graduating with a nursing degree in Miami, Chabely received a Master of Science in Nursing and became a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Chabely is certified in CoolSculpting, PRP, IV Infusion Therapy, Botox, and Derma Fillers.

With an impressive background focused on clinical trials, she has worked on critical research studies, including COVID-19 and CK/End-Stage Renal Disease Studies.

Chabely is held in high regard among her peer group and has worked at many regional hospitals and large medical centers across South Florida, including Delray Medical Center, Broward Hospital, and Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
